Myspace will not, under any circumstance, delete a user for falsely representing age. I reported a 13 year old user for portraying himself as 23 years old. Myspace emailed him and told him to change his age. He then matked his age as 15. I reported him a second time. Myspace again emailed him to change his age. There are other lies in his profile that Myspace overlooks. According to their Terms of Use Agreement, age can only be changed once, and if the user originally signs up as 18 or over, the age cannot be changed to less then 18. In this case, the user changed age TWICE and made his age LESS THAN 18, despite the fact of signing up as 23. This profile should have been deleted already. Myspace will not uphold their Terms of Use Agreement and any faith put in it by users is falsely placed.
